Egg decorating has been around for many centuries. The most popular is the Faberge-style egg artistry.

Chris takes it to higher levels by creating Faberge inspired eggs with the use of real goose, rhea and emu eggshells. Each egg is designed, carefully cut and hand crafted to create an exquisite work of art. From a young age Chris has undertaken commission work throughout the UK and Middle East.

Inspired by his grandparents who first took up the craft after watching a television program about Peter Carl Faberge and the imperial eggs, they then began searching various techniques in cutting the eggshell from using a hacksaw blade to a air compressed dentistry craft drill.

Although precious materials are not necessarily used, it is still a challenge to transform a real eggshell into a work of art.
